commissioned as commander of said vessel ; ordered in Council Aug. 18, 1778,
that a commission be issued ; also, list of prisoners sent from New York to

said Rhods by the town of Arundel to serve in the Continental Army for the term
of 3 years, agreeable to resolve of Dec. 2, 1780.

and requesting that expenses for medical attendance be allowed them ;
