PHILIP "PHIL" EARL ALBERTSON
A memorial service for Philip "Phil" Earl Albertson, 77, will be 3 p.m. Thursday at The Gardens, 505 Walnut Street, Wapakoneta, Ohio. Phil Smith will officiate. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, at Perry Church of Christ, Perry. Mark Uhlman will officiate. Grave-side service will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, Perry. Visitation with the family will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
He was born Nov. 14, 1929, in Boise, Idaho, to Philip Calvin and Mercedes Fairbanks Rhodes Albertson and died Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, in Wapakoneta. ... He married Mona Louise Griffin Aug. 18, 1956, in Maysville. ...In addition to his wife, Mona, Mr. Albertson is survived by his brothers, Richard Albertson and Maurice (Bud) Albertson; and sister Karin Hyatt. He and Mona are the parents of Philip (Deborah) Albertson Jr. of Noblesville, Ind., Amy (John) Bridges of Los Gatos, Calif., Michael (Paula) Albertson of Mustang and Sarah Beth (Dave) Wilcox of Wapakoneta. They are the grandparents of Rohn, Tabitha and Audrina Albertson of Noblesville, Ind., Sarah Louise Bridges of Los Gatos, Calif., Brittany, Kristen and Sierra Albertson and step-grandson Curtis Novotny of Edmond and Garrett Wilcox of Wapakoneta.
