    Notes:

    In the book "Our Valiant Men", page 188, there is a chapter on The Wilson Brothers.

    "Robert and Eleanor Wilson left their home in Pennsylvania and settled on Steele Creek in Mecklenburg Co., NC about 1760. They were the parents of 11 sons, 7 of whom served in the Revolutionary War, as well as the father."
