  BURIAL: Rena Thomas BURIAL: Mrs. Rena Thomas, 74, of Mt. Carmel, died in Many, Thursday, Jan. 8, at 11 a.m., following an extended illness. BURIAL: Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, Harvey L. Thomas ofMt. Carmel; a daughter, Mrs. Anne Dockens of Many; four brothers, J. W. Ricks of Port Arthur, Tex., C. A. Ricks of Boyce, and J. C. Ricks of Mt. Carmel; one sister, Mrs. G. W. Addison of Mt. Carmel; and two grandchildren. BURIAL: Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 9, at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. The 3 p.m. service was conducted by the Rev. Brent Fleming, and the Rev. Phillip Tisdale. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
