  Job Rogers lived with his wife Mary , in that part of Granville Co. which is now named Wake Co.. He died there in the Town Creek Section of Wake Co. on the Neuse River in 1772. He was probaly buried in the family cemetery on the farm. One was found by workman who are preparing the site for a new power plant. !WILL BOOK I (A) PG. 24; Will written 09 July 1760.
