After Olive's death, her son, Rolland Smith, was raised by her husband's brother, Sherman Smith and Sherman's wife, Willean Harmison Smith. Willean Harmison was the daughter of Samuel Harmison, Jr. and Elizabeth Connell. Samuel Harmison, Jr. , a brother to Catherine, John and Isaac Harmison.
