Also in Deed Book 12 on Aug. 21, 1780, he bought 2 00 a. from Thomas Johnson and William Sims bordering on his other propert y. Epaphroditus Rhodes divided his land among his 4 sons. This land info rmation is shown in the Albemarle County Deed Books of the period. Jan. 19, 1797 to Reuben--95 a. and 20 pounds. Jan. 13, 1797 to John--101 3/4 a., 20 pounds and a gift.
