John Rodes thirteen years old, this fifth of December next Elizabeth Rodes ??? ??
by the Court to be six years old son & daughter of ??? Hannah Rodes who being
their mother [County?] [?] dyed? leaving the? ward of the [St?] children on her death [left?]
to Tho. Everad what little goods or [lumber? ] she? had to his care of the family...
[A name Por???] and Mathew Garwal? It's ordered the said children according to their
said Mothers [desires?] Ca? hath bound? represented? to this? Court, [for???\\]
the said Thomas Everard the boy untill [eighteen?] and the girls until
fifteen years of age the said Everard [find?ing] [His????] [this?]
said [a name? E??? Jussin?] out? Dyott? Apparrall? and lodging ???ing f???
[Appro....?] and afford that his family Everard and Garrott? take this
said Goods and [L...] [????] their possession and returned? an Appraisal?
thereof this next Court.
