  Andy NOBLIN was born with a genetic disorder, Trisomy 18. Most children with this defect do not survive past birth, if that long. However, Andy had only a microchromosome of #18. He suffered from many medical disorders, finally succumbing to leukemia. He was a cheerful, outgoing child, always with a big bright smile and a 'bear hug' to share with any and all.
