Funeral services were Sun. afternoon at the Wolf Valley Church for Mrs. Rosa Rhodes 90, of Vicars, who died last Thurs at her home after a long illness. Burial at the Hunt Cemetery at Vicars.
She was born in Roane co, she was a member of the Wolf Valley Church.
Survivors include six sons, Hermie of Parkersburg, Dayton, Burton and Estil of Vicars, Delbert of Gandeeville, and Esten Rhodes of Dunbar; three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Harris of Harmony, Mrs. Altha Pritt of Charleston and Mrs. Goldie Cox of Vicars; three sister, Mrs Amma Cummings of Charleston, Mrs. Kate Harper and Mrs. Minnie Harper of Clendenin, three brother, John of Charleston, and Otto and Mayford of Clendenin. 47 grandchildren, 79 great-granchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren.
