Steen Family, p. 50: Rebecca Ann Steen the second child and daughter of Alexander and Agnes Nancy Steen, was born near Martinsburgh, Berkeley County, Virginia, November 27, 1804, and was brought in the arms of her mother, when an infant, to their home in Kentucky... In the summer of 1820 she removed with her parents to their home near Winchester, Adams County, Ohio, where she continued to reside. She died near Winchester, Ohio, October 15, 1837, aged 32 years, 10 months, and 18 days.
