The humble petition of Sarah Rhodes, states that she is the widow of Christopher Rhodes, deceased, That the said Christopher Rhodes and (few words unreadable) containing one hundred fifty acres more or less. That the land is in a (unreadable word) condition as is not to be rented and is going to waste. She is (unreadable word) of having the land sold so as to obtain her legal share of the same. The following are the heirs at law:
